Blurred Vision Television

Image
Why are we as humans so prone to find ways of escaping reality? Within the course of the known history, we have always had the urge to observe, to explore and comprehend the world around us. The only problem is that with this observation we have slowly forgotten that we are part of the creation and have slipped into separation. It has always been easier to "'monitor" everyone and everything else in the presumably external world than to turn the camera inwards and "record" our inner world.  Due to this knowledge, that people are prone to "outrospection", the modern society witnessed the booming of the technological era. It all began in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century when a new form of art was born. Behold the Motion Picture. It is funny how with a simple play of lights such baffling illusions are created. They capture your mind into a box of pixelated images which leave no one at ease. The TV has become a convenient window, that ...

12 Mighty Mudras for Mighty Well-being

Image
Our bodies are powerful receivers and transmitters of energy. We give off energy to the surroundings and at the same time receive the abundant energy from it. We literally hold our organism in the palm of our hands, therefore holding all the elements out of which we've been comprised. If you turn your attention and presence to your palms, you can easily notice and feel the flow in them. Just try rubbing them together, you will feel a powerful healing charge that you can conduct to a part of your body that needs betterment. In order to channel the healing energy properly, we can use Mudras. Mudras  are usually regarded to be hand positions or gestures that are used to guide the energy flow within our bodies. They are very handy in meditation and yoga practices when we return deeply within ourselves to calm the tides and energize the lows. The advanced Yogis use 100 or even more known mudras along with asanas (yoga positions) they practice. We can start harnessing the powe...

The How and Why behind The Déjà Vu

Image
Have you ever found yourself in a moment in time that felt utterly familiar that brought you chills down your spine? It is as if you stepped in a transporter that held the key to a portal down an eerily known memory lane, where you unexpectedly dug up a memory that didn't feel as it originated from this lifetime, at all. In these kinds of occasions, you ask yourself: "Are you reliving some past life memories. is your consciousness downloading some information from a parallel life from another dimension you are somehow tunning into (if at all possible), are maybe your dreams the source of this experience or just your brain is playing some ungraspable tricks on you?" Well, a few of these wanderings are found to be true. So let's delve into this matter from different perspectives. This is perhaps a way for our brain to check out our stored memory inputs, take up fragments of them and put them in a new context, give them a new challenge per se.  This way this new...

The Story of the Star Children in the Morning.  Life is an intricate phenomenon with constant and ongoing motion. The only thing more interesting than the wonder and awe caused by the observation of the life in motion is the art of storytelling, the theatricality, that we as ultimate role players tend to have inherited from our ancestors. Each of those roles, though we play out according to our own immediate perceptions and understandings of the reality. As all of you may have heard many times so far, we are children of the stars, born from stardust that spread across the universe eons ago. From that Stardust, the seeds of life have been planted to our planet too, among many others, so it is no wonder we sometimes may reflect on, and seek for answers up there in our starry origins.  Now, let's be clear about a thing or two. My intentions with this read are neither to tell your stories for you nor to impose some kind of belief. Also, I would not peer into the fu...

Understanding Elevation and Regression

Image
There are peculiar treasures that appear when we start digging through the dirt of our soul. It appears to be that we are an uncanny collection of the one that IS and the observer of what IS. Between these two conditions of life, within this realm and this body we inhabit, there is a thin line. Our consciousness is the one that pulls the strings of our being and our present condition depends solely on what tides would she turn the steering wheel towards.  More often than not, we allow it to wander about in the outside projections of the mind-body and the emotional body. Now, what does that mean? Well, even though our autopilot, better known as the autonomous nervous system is running anyways, we stir our attention away from our physical body too easily and go about our days outside of it. Not literally of course, but we allow our mind to wander and to get lost in some repetitive patterns without giving it the honors of even slight concentration or a...

The Mind is not our Master

Image
How our mind fools us We, humans, are such imaginative, thoughtful and emotional creatures. We are programmers of our own realities, realities we have made up. We are so perfect at this programming in advance, that we manage to relive some scenes in our minds over and over before they even materialize into this reality. What's more, they sometimes don't materialize, yet in our heads, they seem so real.We are unfathomably great at imagining stories and lies, that we end up believing in them.  All of this behavior, overthinking tendency, the habit of replaying and rewinding scenes in the mind stems from our societally imposed fears that we won't fit in the program or matrix we have collectively created as a global mental body of the Earth. But isn't FEAR only False Evidence Appearing Real? And how does one create such evidence? It is actually a process of mentally collecting clue after clue that in the end appears like clutter or jumble of thoughts that in...
