Detachment: How to detach from your fears?

Image
How to become your self-sustaining being without leaving anyone behind?  No human being, no animal, no plant, not a single drop of water, not a single spark of fire, not a single breath of air is created to be by itself! Every element in the whole wide universe, every cell of the whole wide microcosm operates by combination and collaboration in order to give way for creation to take place and time. Even time is comprised of tiny little continuations of itself, small fractals that branch out in a large network. So why should we, as humans, as one of the greatest social beings intentionally detach from other humans and discard the rest of the world which is a part of us as we are a part of it?!? The need of togetherness is a very natural feeling and a very profound necessity. When we know this very well, when this is utterly obvious, then why are we still ignorant and throw out people so lightly, as they are a pair of old worn out socks?!?   All of that happens becau...

Pets Spur Unconditional Love

Image
Since the dawn of humanity, there is stirring and natural need for connection. People have quite naturally connected with other fellow humans and in the distant past, this connection wasn't overthought too much. It was easier to provide food and shelter while working together and collaborating. The harsh weather conditions were easily bearable when people had their companions by their side. With the rise of human Ego, the frustration of the too many high expectations from a partner rises up on the surface which leads to division in the midst of partnerships. We have slowly become blind to the primary force that drives us forward and makes us the most inspired and driven species.  We easily put connection aside because of our career-driven personality. Our love is morally conditioned, we seek...

Love: the missing element

Image
There are four main elements: Air, Earth , Fire , and Water,   as it was believed by the ancient   Greeks in 450 BC. Each of these elements drives the moving force of life on our planet and perhaps in other corners of the widespread universe too. Another analogy can also be made with the agreement by the modern science and it states that the four elements actually coordinate with the four states of matter: gas - air, solid - earth, liquid - water and plasma - fire. In Astrology the four elements represent the four temperaments: The Air - Logical and constantly in motion and flow, The Earth - stable, practical, grounded, The Fire - Passionate, dynamic, forceful and The Water - Emotional, calm yet with constant flow and turmoil of emotions. Later on, Aristotle suggested that there was a fifth element called aether.   In Japanese and Tibetan teachings and philosophies, the fifth element is better known as space or the void. Now, what is this...
