Do we live in a lucid dream of collective consciousness?
"The world exists only as a dream in my consciousness" - Nisargadatta Maharaj
Perhaps the dream is as real as the realest reality we think we live in. Do we unintentionally project this reality through dreaming, or are we dwelling in a collective consciousness dream?
Does everyone and everything somehow contributes to the patterns and creations of the existence itself? One more swirling question: Aren't all these questions sending you into a state of mild drowsiness and making you experience the Theta Brain Waves of the dreaming state?
If so, congratulations and welcome to the club! May we dream the dream of our lives and live the life of our dreams!
As you surrender into this soothing state, you start feeling very light, even weightless. You have certainly noticed that your soft bed, fluffy pillow, warm, comfy blanket, everything that comprises your lovely cradle, that takes you in, in the most tiresome moments, accepts you as you are, never judges you, soothes you, sends you the warmest hugs every night, is only there with you till you reach the sound asleep state. And then, there is suddenly nothing. You are no more, nothing exists anymore, empty space. You feel nothing, see nothing. But where on, under, or above the Earth you go? All of the sudden, a new world, a new creation emerges, as if the world collapses every night and reemerges again in every dream and again every morning.
An open window, looking into a magnificent forest with different shadows of green. The rays of the setting sun flickering through the branches and the leaves. In the midst, running river, carelessly flowing down the slopes, providing the most energizing, most vigorous sound of refreshment.
Ah, the power, the vitalizing energy it gives you, so agile, so flexible, so strong, yet so easy. All of this within the reach of your hand, as if it is an inseparable part of you, a continuation of your being, an extension of your own limbs, neurons, hair. And it feels so real, like you were really there. And in the morning you retell the story of this dream just like you tell any other story of your sightseeing on a trip. On some level it feels like there is no difference between the two experiences. In these kinds of lucid dreams, the impressions feel, look and sound just the same as those in your wide awake Beta state.
Knowing this, we realize that we are actually awake in the creators dream, whereas the creator is in everyone of us, providing us with limitless choices, having the ultimate goal to unify us once again, and brings us back from the illusion of separateness. So, may we unify in the most powerful dream to create the Utopian reality we all yearn for.
